Give students the gift of financial wisdom today, so we can watch them build a future of financial peace and confidence tomorrow!
Welcome! With over ten years of experience teaching in diverse settings—public school, homeschooling, financial coaching, private studios, and private tutoring across multiple subjects—I’m dedicated to helping people of all ages. I have a passion for youth education and developing financial literacy as young as possible. Money management effects many aspects of your child's future. If you partner with Thrive, I will coach your student and help them develop the skills needed for a financial peace in the future. For younger students, I make sessions playful and engaging, using fun games and activities to reinforce key financial concepts in a way that keeps them interested and motivated. For high school students, I provide more in-depth support, helping them evaluate the cost of living, plan for college, and understand the financial decisions they’ll face as they transition to adulthood. Whether it's through hypothetical scenarios or practical applications, I tailor each session to meet the student’s needs and make learning about money both educational and enjoyable.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation via phone or virtual meeting for K through college students. (For K-12th grade students, consultations are with parents, and the student’s attendance is not required.) This consultation helps determine if Thrive Financial Coaching sessions are the right fit for your family’s needs.
A legal parent or guardian must be present for the entire duration of all coaching sessions with students.
I provide financial coaching for K-2nd grade students, teaching basic money skills like saving, spending wisely, and understanding needs vs. wants—whether they have an allowance or no income. Through games, hands-on learning, and real-life examples, I help them develop good financial habits and set them up to make smart choices as they grow. Parents can expect their child to learn money management, saving for goals, and the value of money in an engaging, age-appropriate way.
Parents can expect, financial coaching for 3rd-5th grade students, to focus on developing more intermediate money skills like basic budgeting, setting savings goals, and more. At this stage, students start learning how to manage money earned through allowances or small jobs, and how to make thoughtful decisions about spending. Through interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and goal-setting exercises, I guide students to build stronger financial habits that will serve them in the future.
